Width 4.0–12.0 m, depth 5.0–7.0 m. Width and depth end in .0, .2, .5 or .8 m, up to 72 m² of floor area. Wall height is 2.5 m (standard), 2.7 m, 3.0 m or 3.5 m, following 2×4 stud lengths (8, 9, 10 and 12 ft). Other sizes are quoted individually.

Rough estimate including tax and travel/transport within 600 km of Nagano (Akita, Iwate, Aomori, Shimane, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi and Shikoku +¥100,000, Kyushu +¥250,000, Hokkaido +¥500,000). Ground improvement, electrical work and fire-protection measures are extra and depend on the site.
